FOUNDATION
The Quincy Alpha Education and Leadership (QAEL) Foundation is a private, charitable organization with 501(c)(3) designation from the IRS.
The purpose of the Quincy Alpha Education and Leadership Foundation is to support educational and leadership initiatives with Gadsden County, FL. QAELF also serves as the philanthropic arm of the Pi Psi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
